Lopez said this weekend is historically a weekend that doesn’t have a lot of events. As part of the “shoulder” season, she hopes the festival will help the tourism industry.
“The travel industry has been hit really hard,” Lopez said. “So we really want to build and generate income for the rooms. “
The musicians involved also have a large following, so Lopez said she expects this to attract people from outside the region.
“We want people to come here and stay here,” she said.
Lopez said they are also working on having shuttles for the event.

Presale tickets are now on sale for fans on the event’s social media and headlining artists.

“We work with the artists because we really wanted to bring in people from the area,” Lopez said. “Some of these artists have a large fan base that the fans will want to come to.”
General admission tickets are $ 150 for two days of live music. Most tickets will be two-day passes and one-day passes will also be available.
There are also 200 VIP tickets. They include access to the show, to the front of the stage and access to the artists. It also includes free drinks and aperitifs which will be inside the depot.

On Friday October 1, there will be a rock and blues guitar battle between local and regional amateur musicians. They will compete for a spot in Sunday’s roster. It will be held at the Center des Arts de la Brasserie.
During the days of the events, Lopez said he wanted to turn Carson City into a city of music. They will fill the streets with buskers and street performers to help create a mood for the whole city.

The event is produced and developed by E720, founded in 2021 by Lopez and Ken Farley bringing over 20 years of experience in events. Both longtime supporters of arts and culture in Carson City, the vision behind this festival is to solidify the region’s position as a leader in entertainment. The event focuses on driving night tours and is supported by the Culture and Tourism Authority of Carson City.
“Our goal is to continue to strengthen, and now expand, Carson City’s position as a musical, artistic and cultural destination,” Lopez said in a press release. “It’s much more than a music festival. This event will be the crowning achievement of cultural tourism for the region.
