Matthew Elliot is the President of Oasis International, which aims to establish a Christian book industry across Africa. He earned his Ph.D. in New Testament from the University of Aberdeen and has written two books, Feel: The Power of Listening to Your Heart, and Faithful Feelings: Rethinking Emotion in the New Testament. He serves as Project Director for The Africa Study Bible.
